Kid to chef volume 8
Now we all total 7persons. Started the journey to Surat: In the train where we were, there were other people traveling in it. There was a family with us.
Now the journey had started. Because the journey was so long: Passing time was very difficult. But we did it with a star, on the third night we reached Surat at about 4am and my friend. Now we had to go to Taj Business Hotel, which was about 10 km from there, we did two autos: and we reached Taj Business Hotel Auto, and we went to the main entry gate
While we had to go to the second gate. But some thing. Little things continue to happen, now it was going to be mourningThe manager told us to go to sleep now, you guys are meeting me in the morning.
We all went to sleep in the hotel hall. When it is sunny
The manager called us all at around 10 am and we all went to meet him, and the hr divided the section.
So I had to train in the first month house keeping.
And we all had to join Next Day, so now there was a problem, yet we do not get room. So now we started searching for the room. And till evening I had also got room.
Which was about 1 km away from the hotel, I tell you in one thing that when people who do hotel management and when they go for training: when the students go, the hotel only gives food to the students and no money. You will not get any expenses.
Now on the first day training and my friends reached the hotel
And you have gone to the section, now my duty was 8 am to 6 pm.
Housekeeping is a very. Boring Department of Hotel Industry. First I had to do the work of the month in Leylin room which was very boring.

अब जो लाइन मैंने आपना ली हे वो हे। होटल मनेजमेंट। अस ए शेफ अब मुझको जाना था मेरी ट्रेनिंग के लिए। सूरत गुजरात इंडिया। मुझको करनी थी एक लंबी यात्रा सूरत क लिएः। तीन दिन का सफर था बय ट्रैन जो मुझको आपने दोस्तों क साथ करना था।
अब हम सब टोटल ७ पर्सन। ने यात्रा शुरू की सूरत के लिएः जिस ट्रैन के ढाबे में हम थे उसमे और लोग भी यात्रा कर रे थे.हमारे साथ एक फॅमिली भी थी।
चलो अब सफर तोह शुरू हो गया था। कियुँकि सफर बहुत लंबा था इस लिएः टाइम पास करना बहुत मुश्किल था। पर वो भी किसी तारा से हम ने कर ही लिया तीसरे रात को हम करीब 4am मे और मेरे दोस्त सूरत पहुंच गए। अब वह से हम को जाना था ताज बिज़नेस होटल जो की वहाँ से करीब १० km था तोह हम ने दो ऑटो कर लियेः और पहुँच गये ताज बिज़नेस होटल ऑटो वाला भी हम लोगो को लेकर मैन एंट्री गेट पर चला गया।
जब की हम लोगो को जाना था सेकंड गेट पर। पर कोई बात नी। छोटी छोटी बाते तोह होती ही रहती हे अब सुबह होने वाली थी तोह। मैनेजर ने हम को बोला अभी आप लोग सोजाओ सुबह को देखते हे क्या करना हे।
हम सब जाकर होटल के हॉल मे सो गये। जब सुबहा हुई तोह हम सब को करीब १० am hr मैनेजर ने बुलाया हम सब उनसे मिलने गए नं और hr ने हम सब को सेक्शन बाट दिए। सो मुझको पैहल मंथ हाउसकीपिंग मे ट्रेनिंग करनी थी। और हम सब को नेक्स्ट डे ज्वाइन करना था तोह अब एक प्रॉब्लम थी अभी तक हम को रूम नहीं मिलता। तोह अब हम ने रूम को ढूढना शुरू किया। और इविनिंग तक हम को रूम भी मिल गया था।
जो की होटल से करीब १ km की दुरी पर था , एक बात मे आप सब को बाता देता हु की जब जो लोग होटल मॅनॅग्मेंट करते हे और जब ट्रेनिंग क लिएः स्टूडेंट जाते हे उस समय होटल सिर्फ स्टूडेंट को फ़ूड ही देता हे और कोई पैसा भी नहीं मिलेगा सो सब खर्चा आप का खुद होगा
अब फर्स्ट डेथा ट्रेनिंग का मे और मेरे दोस्त होटल पहुँच गए और आपने आपने सेक्शन मे चले गए अब मेरे ड्यूटी सुबह ८ am से ६ pm था।
हाउसकीपिंग एक बहुत ही। बोरिंग डिपार्टमेंट हे होटल इंडस्ट्री का। पहले मंथ काम मुझको करना था लेलिन रूम मे जो की बहुत ही बोरिंग था।
